Having been in the industry previously, Jim left to pursue a career in sport. He has now been involved for a period of 20 years. In that time he has gained significant experience and promotion rising from Branch Management to Managing Director. Jim is a Court Assistant with the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners, was a judge for some years on the National Cleanability Awards, a member of BICSc, and has twice served as a Board Director for the Cleaning and Support Services Association. He is known as being passionate about the delivery of service excellence and being very detailed in his approach to working with clients and staff. He has experience of working in many market sectors amongst which are Commercial, Media and Leisure, Retail, Public Sector, Defence and Professional Services, working alongside a great many prestigious and blue chip clients.
GROUP OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Debbie joined the Company in 2008 when Exclusive took over a large part of Sainsbury’s business, she has been working with retail giant Sainsbury’s for 20 years. Debbie has developed and grown with the Company and now manages a team of 4 Regional and 11 Area Managers which cover over 200 Stores and Distribution Centres. Debbie’s attention to detail and uncompromising approach to standards aided in the Company in being awarded ‘Best FM Contractor’ in 2009/2010. In 2013 and again in October 2015 saw Debbie and her Sainsbury’s team win The Golden Service Award for ‘Best Individual Cleaned Retail Establishment’. In 2013 for Sainsbury’s Hayes and 2015 for Sainsbury’s Telford.
EXCLUSIVE SOLUTIONS DIRECTOR
Following 25 years successful years in Retail and facilities management with Safeway, Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s and The Co-op, David decided to bring that wealth of experience as a customer into the cleaning industry with Exclusive. ‘Customer is King’ is David’s philosophy and operational style, his first approach is always to look at the situation from a customer’s perspective, which is epitomised throughout the Media & Leisure Division. Having managed cleaning contracts within large retail organisations and some of the largest cinema chains (VUE, Odeon & Empire), David’s knowledge and awareness of what is required for the big occasion is a valuable asset for both Exclusive and our customers. He is fully BICSc trained and IOSH Managing Safety certificated.
GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Lindsey joined Exclusive in 2003 as a Finance Administrator, and now has overall responsibility for Finance, Payroll and Business Support. Having been mentored by Exclusive’s Finance Director Linda Pinner for the last 10 years, Lindsey is fully qualified by experience. The Finance and Administration team works closely with the Operational Management team, and it's this support that aids the provision of the best possible service delivery.
GROUP HR & TRAINING DIRECTOR
Lisa joined Exclusive Contract Services in 2011, as Human Resources Director. Having gained a wealth of experience of working within the hospitality industry in various capacities both in Operations and Human Resources Management, Lisa has advised and supported businesses on employment matters, complex restructures, employment relations, recruitment, succession planning, TUPE and employment Law. Lisa works closely with the HR & Training divisions & Operations teams to develop and imbed comprehensive Exclusive people strategies, with passion and drive for improving on staff engagement practices and creating continued succession planning across the companies dispersed geographies. Lisa enjoys a challenge and as a keen runner took part in the Exclusive Triple Challenge in China 2014 helping to raise money of British Lung Foundation.
Zoe Alder MCIEH
Environmental Health Practitioner
Zoe joined the team in January 2020 having worked her way up to Principal Environmental Health Practitioner within Local Government over 16 years. During her career, Zoe has gained a wealth of experience in a variety of industries, making her aware of the diverse environments that we tackle every day. Zoe has been an EHRB registered Environmental Health Practitioner (EHP) since 2010 and was awarded NEBOSH level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety in 2005. Amongst the variety of activities covered by an EHP, Zoe has successfully prosecuted national companied for failing to comply with health and safety legislation, working closely with other enforcement agencies such as the HSE and Environment Agency. Zoe brings with her additional specialisms in management having obtained ILM level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management and also holds a Level 7 BTEC- Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice. Zoe has a passion for practical implementation of Health, Safety and welfare which ideally compliments and supports our company values.
Group Training Manager
Colin has a military background within the Met police and brought a vision to Exclusive for delivering structured and accessible training programmes that support the operational demands and passion of our teams. He has been instrumental in developing our training offering to achieve results as the “Exclusive way” for learning & development.
Paul has extensive experience in the facilities services and joined Exclusive in 2011 as part of a large retail contract award. He has successfully developed his career from a regional to national operational role and during this time he has been integral to the successful running of both retail and leisure divisions.
Group Sales & Marketing Director
Kevin has over 20 years’ experience in the Cleaning Sector at Director level in different roles across the business disciplines and across a broad range of client sectors. These sectors include Retail, Distribution, Education, Local Authority, Corporate, Hospitality and Leisure. This experience, coupled with a background of being a qualified Chartered Accountant, allows Kevin to ensure the solutions we promote and ultimately provide to our clients meet all the stakeholders needs. Kevin is a Court Assistant for the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners and also a member of the Cleaning And Support Service Association Innovation and Technology Executive.
