Exclusive are a company focused upon organic growth and we are pleased to highlight the fact that our company turnover this year has increased to £17m. This has been achieved solely by organic growth in very difficult trading conditions in respect of finance and budgets. We believe that our growth has been due to exceptional service delivery, combined with value for money for both longstanding, valued customers and new clients alike.

The Exclusive management team and structure has been strengthened this year to support our national service capabilities, thus underpinning our commitment to our customers.

During November 2008, Exclusive engaged Peninsula Business Services on a contractual basis to complement our own in-house Human Resources and Health and Safety departments. As Exclusive has grown we have felt the need to supplement these key departments’ functionality with the best quality support services in the marketplace, hence our choice of Peninsula.

Peninsula provide a national coverage to all of Exclusive’s Management and Supervisory teams, providing up to the minute information and support on all aspects of government legislation, rules and regulations, employment law, health & safety compliance policies and procedures, plus all elements of training and monitoring for all levels of staff.

We see the engagement of Peninsula as instrumental in Exclusive’s quest to be fully compliant with current legislations and procedures thus projecting and qualifying Exclusive’s mission of being a caring employer which proves beneficial to Exclusive’s management, employees and customers.
