Exclusive Awarded the Prestigious Cineworld South West Portfolio

Exclusive are delighted to announce the award by Cineworld of their prestigious South West Region of cinemas. The portfolio encompasses 11 cinemas which stretches into 10 counties – a true test of Exclusive’s national capabilities.

Our contract with Cineworld commenced on January 3rd, 2009 and with only one month’s notice to mobilise the contract. This involved consulting the incumbent staff in adherence to our transfer of undertakings obligations, along with the ordering of machinery, equipment, materials, uniforms etc. The time constraints truly tested Exclusive’s capabilities in providing a seamless transition for the client.

Exclusive have put in place a comprehensive management and supervisory structure to ensure that the stringent quality auditing and monitoring systems are met and exceeded.

Each cinema within the portfolio was individually surveyed to ascertain the correct labour, supervisory, material and equipment needs, along with any specific requirements.

Our service makes provision for daily routine and periodic cleaning requirements on a 364 day basis.

Exclusive’s expertise in this specific market sector, together with our exception client references, was instrumental in Exclusive being awarded this contract.
