Exclusive Go From Strength to Strength with Tesco Express

Exclusive were awarded the Tesco Express regional cleaning contract in 2004. The portfolio initially consisted of 120 stores and since that date our professional team have provided quality cleaning services to Tesco whom, as you would expect, are a very demanding client working in this highly competitive retail sector.

Our continued high quality services and standards led, in mid 2008, to Exclusive being awarded their 200th store by Tesco, who are renowned for their high expectations from their service providers.

Members of the Exclusive team met with Tesco’s Regional Manager Chris Sayer at the Croydon Leon House store to mark the continuing success of the relationship between the two companies. Chris Sayer said “Exclusive’s team have continuously demonstrated their customer focused commitment to supply and maintain the highest of standards, within an extensive specification. Tesco take pride in the service we provide to our customers and we have full confidence in Exclusive to deliver a pristine environment.”

Celebrations continued as Exclusive were later awarded the prestigious Tesco Metro in High Street Kensington. Delivering a high quality, unobtrusive service is fundamental to Exclusive and we are delighted that our commitment to detail is continually recognised.

Exclusive’s partnership with Tesco is founded upon trust, flexibility and proactive initiatives. During 2008 Exclusive proposed an innovative new system named Telelog. This system enables us to monitor staff attendance at each individual store on every work shift. It can also provide quality statistics and data which can then be cross referenced to Tesco’s service level agreement with Exclusive.

Exclusive now operate a portfolio of 242 stores for Tesco Express, covering London, Herts, Kent, Surrey, Essex and East Sussex. We have in place an autonomous operating structure which is led by a dedicated Tesco Express Account Director.

We are proud of our long and successful partnership with Tesco Express and will strive to maintain and raise the bar in regard to service provision and enhance our portfolio thereafter.
