Meet the Team

Bill Wilkerson

Managing Director

Bill joined Exclusive in 2005 after managing businesses in the Middle East and South East Asia. Initially based in Leicestershire he moved to Swindon in order to manage a new company acquisition. He now lives in Bedfordshire after becoming Managing Director in 2008.

He views Exclusive primarily as a service provider and considers customer satisfaction to be paramount.

Bill puts the Company success down to the unified approach of his management team, along with the determination of the cleaning force to 'get it right first time'.

Linda Pinner

Finance Director

Linda has overall responsibility for Finance, Human Resources, Payroll and Business Support.

Qualified by experience, Linda has over 25 years service within the cleaning industry.

She is proud to have been a part of the organic growth of Exclusive's annual turnover from £6m in 2006 to a current turnover in excess of £21m.

The Finance and Administration team works closely with the Operational Management and it's this support that allows for the provision of the best possible service delivery.

Debbie Lancaster

Sainsbury’s Executive Director

Debbie has been working with retail giant Sainsbury’s for nearly 20 years. She joined Exclusive in 2008 when the company was awarded a large part of the Sainsbury’s cleaning contract and has developed and grown with the Company ever since. She now directs the management team responsible for the uncompromising, unrelenting service delivery to over 150 Stores and Distribution Centres

Debbie’s attention to detail and uncompromising approach to standards aided in the Company in being awarded Sainsbury's ‘Best FM Contractor’ in 2009/2010.

John Norris

Health, Safety and Environmental Director

Having worked in the industry for some 20 years John joined Exclusive in 2008. He was appointed Health and Safety Director for the Company in 2010 and became Director for Environmental issues later that year.

John believes that good health and safety performance is vital for staff well-being, safe service delivery and overall business performance. By constantly managing legislative awareness along with vital environmental issues he continues to develop forward thinking strategies that are both fundamental and key to the success of Exclusive.

Sarah Wilson

Quality & Training Director.
PA to Managing Director

Sarah joined Exclusive in 2005 in order to support the growth of the Tesco contract. From 2006 to 2008 Sarah held the position of Tesco Operations Director, responsible for 250 sites in the South East of England.

Having now worked in various sectors of the business, Sarah is currently responsible for implementing the Quality Management System throughout the Company.

She also ensures that training and development are realised for all personnel.

Sarah is extremely focused on exceeding expectations and improving efficiency and is highly motivated by promoting quality achievement and performance throughout the Company.

She became Personal Assistant to the Managing Director in 2011.
