About Exclusive Contract Services

Exclusive Contract Services Limited is a private limited company operating from its Head Office in Hatfield, with office branches in both London and Swindon.

The original company was founded in 1987 to provide high quality cleaning and support services to all sectors of the marketplace – commercial, retail, leisure, governmental and educational.

Exclusive Contract Services is a major player in today’s marketplace, offering a wide variety of service provision, with a national capability. All of our employees are directly employed, fully trained and supervised at all times, with each division and geographical area having its own dedicated management team.

As a registered BS EN ISO 9001:2000 company we have an accredited and proven quality programme practised throughout the organisation.

Individual Directors and members of staff hold membership with the British Institute of Cleaning Science, the Institute of Directors, the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners, SAFEContractor Association and the Cleaning Support Service Association.

We have been trading as Exclusive Contract Services Limited since May 2003. Prior to this, the company operated as Clean Business Limited.

In 2004 Marchants Contract Cleaning was acquired and integrated into Exclusive Contract Services, thus enhancing our area of coverage and turnover.

Our Senior management team has over 150 years of experience in the cleaning industry. New and existing clients select our services confident in the knowledge that our expertise is always at their disposal.

Over recent years we have developed our business and are proud that the Exclusive brand is now recognised as a leading industry service provider.
