Tesco Express

Our Tesco Express contract is entering its 3rd year. Covering around 195 sites in and around London, this contract continues to grow year on year. A demanding operation requiring 7 days a week, 364 days a year coverage. Comprising of solely retail and fuel retail sites. Through careful planning, we were able to start 135 Tesco Express stores on the same day! We have maintained this commitment and professionalism into the every day running of this expanding contract.

Empire

Empire is one of the newest Cinema chains in the UK, boasting Empire Leicester Square as its flagship. With 16 other sites across the country, Exclusive are delighted to be chosen as their cleaning supplier. A complex transfer, involving 5 different out-going contractors, was successfully completed. We have unified the cleaning specifications and practices/policies across the chain, allowing Empire to focus on their business.

Dyson

Dyson is one of the great success stories of our time, which is why being associated with them is such an honour. The remote location of Dyson’s Research and Development site, means that staff retention is key to maintaining this successful contract. Enhanced wage rates, bonuses, training and staff welfare all contribute to our own small success story at the Dyson site.

Live Nation

Our Live Nation contract covers 2 theatres in York and Sunderland. This contract demands a diverse cleaning programme; some days only the offices are cleaned and on others, when the shows are in full swing, we may provide up to 4 cleans a day. Flexible staff cover and a large pool of dedicated cleaners, enable us to maintain the high standards expected. Allowing the public to enjoy some of the UK’s most successful shows, in a pristine environment.
